Guilt confession from a part-time working mama

I am so fortunate for my work schedule and to honestly say I love my job, but I'd be lying if some mornings I didn't feel guilty for packing my snuggle bug into the car and taking her to daycare. The nights I'm not there to put her down can be the toughest.
Yes my work mornings can be a complete shit show getting out the door but I cherish my mornings with Lola. She wakes up smiling and wants to snuggle and watch cartoons. When I'm getting ready she'll come give me love and mimic me in the mirror, love that girl.
We're finally ready and off we go. When we get to our destination Lola starts saying the daycare providers name, we open the door and she runs to her with open arms and they give hugs. I ask Lola for a kiss and tell her daddy will see her when he gets off.
She loves daycare, so why do I even let that guilt in?
I work to help provide for my family and I work for Me! Working part-time allows me to be the best version of myself. I get to work with my wolf-pack and I get to laugh and vent and sometimes order takeout ;). Work allows me to recharge and it also allows Mark and Lola to have their special time.
So after reading a blog from Momtastic (http://www.momtastic.com/health/488849-run-business-care-three-kids-without-losing/?utm_source=Momtastic+Newsletter&utm_campaign=010becd0a4-Refuse_to_Do_for_Kids1_12_2015&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_2eb6743921-010becd0a4-154593145) this morning, I'm going to follow her step # 5. Ditch the guilt sister! What a great reminder! I want Lola to see her mama as a women who does the best she can and who enjoys her life.
